Joined the Tribally owned and operated Downstream Casino Resort in Quapaw OK in 2009 as H.R. Director, promoted to AGM in 2011 and into GM position in 2013. Recognized by the Joplin Regional Business Journal as one of Joplin's Most Influential Women in 2015. Experience history includes 20 years with the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe of which 16 were served as V.P. at Foxwoods Resort, CT. plus 4 years working directly with the Tribal Government helping to develop programs, policies, and gaming. Also employed by the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa in Cloquet, MN for six years as Director of Programs and Personnel, promoted to C.O.O. at opening of Fond du Luth Gaming Casino in Duluth, MN, then acted in capacity of CEO/COO.
