Sairah Ijaz is a Managing Director at Celonis, leading the strategic engagement and delivery of a Process Intelligence Platform across the U.S. Federal Civilian Sector. Leveraging her deep understanding of government operations and financial systems, Sairah empowers agency CIOs and CFOs unlock measurable, execution-based value from their processes and data. Prior to joining Celonis in September 2025, Sairah served as the Chief Information Officer and Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), concluding over two decades of service to the federal government. In her most recent role, she oversaw the execution of $500 million IT portfolio, directed strategic cloud migrations, secured $19.8M in Technology Modernization Fund investment, and drove a successful cybersecurity Zero Trust program. Her tenure at HUD, which included service as the Deputy CIO and Assistant CFO for Systems, is marked by a proven ability to translate complex data and financial requirements into actionable IT strategy and achieve measurable results. This led to a reduction in audit findings and successfully modernizing critical legacy systems. Sairah holds a Bachelor of Science in Decision & Information Systems and Operations & Quality Management from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Georgetown University. She is a certified PMP and CISA. Outside of her professional career, she serves as an active Board Member for Liver Mommas & Families, a 501(c)(3) supporting pediatric transplant patients and their families.
