Brian Rozental is a Senior Policy Analyst at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, and serves as the head of OMB’s “Credit Crew”, which oversees federal direct loan and loan guarantee programs—leading federal credit policies, budget, and providing cost and analytical support for all of the over 120 Federal credit programs. Previously, at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, he served as Senior Origination Manager for the CDFI Bond Guarantee Program, leading underwriting and closing more than $850 million in bonds while helping design program regulations and application requirements. He has an MBA from the University of Connecticut, and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
