Javier E. Inclán joined the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) Office of Inspector General (OIG) as the Assistant Inspector General for Management in May 2022. In this role, Dr. Inclán is responsible for the OIG’s human capital, IT operations, budget planning and execution, procurement, training, and other business operations. He is a National Academy of Public Administration Fellow and currently serves as Government Chair of the ACT-IAC Talent Community of Interest. Previously, Dr. Inclán served in several capacities at NSF, the U.S. Marshals Service, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Research, Development, and Engineering Center. Dr. Inclán earned a B.A. in History from William Paterson College, a master’s degree in Administrative Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and an Ed.D. in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University.
