Ms. Diamond currently serves as the Deputy for Small Business at NSWC Crane. In this role, she acts as an advisor to command, management, and contracting officials regarding the small business program. Her responsibilities include actively participating in acquisition, strategy development, and forecasting to provide guidance on achieving small business goals and objectives. Ms. Diamond oversees the planning, controlling, and reporting of the command's activities related to small business matters and reviews procurement programs to identify potential opportunities for sourcing from small businesses. From 2021 to 2024, Ms. Diamond served as a Public Affairs Specialist for the Corporate Communications Division. In this capacity, she was instrumental in overseeing and managing the community relations initiatives for NSWC Crane's engagement within the surrounding communities. She played a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of Crane's programs for distinguished visitors and special events, actively contributing to their success. Ms. Diamond started her career at Crane in 2018 as a Contract Specialist in the Expeditionary Weapons Contract Branch, where she performed all pre and post-award functions for various types of service and supply contracts in support of the Weapons Systems Division, Specialized Munitions Division, and the Visual Augmentation Systems Weapons Accessories Branch. Ms. Diamond earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 2018 and a Master of Business Administration in 2020, both from Oakland City University. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Public Administration through Liberty University's Helms School of Government.
