Balsam joined CGT in 2017, and has worked in various roles from Product Development Specialist, to Operations Manager, to joining the Industrial Sales Team in 2021 as an Account Manager. Most recently, Balsam has taken on the role of Channel Manager– NA Pool, leading the strategy for the pool market while continuing to work very closely with the customer base.
