Patrick is a global spa and wellbeing executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across luxury hospitality, wellness and experiential operations. He currently serves as director of operations for global wellbeing at Hyatt Hotels Corp., where he leads the strategy, commercialization and operational scaling of wellbeing initiatives across Hyatt’s global brand portfolio. His work spans spa and fitness operations, wellness programming, brand partnerships and owner-aligned performance frameworks, with a consistent focus on guest experience, financial results and long-term asset value. Previously, Patrick held senior leadership roles with Four Seasons, Montage International and Ian Schrager Hotels, overseeing spa, retail and wellbeing platforms at both the property and enterprise levels. He also served as chairman of the International Spa Association, contributing to industry standards and global best practices. Patrick is the creator and host of At the Podium, a long-form conversation series exploring leadership, culture and wellbeing through thoughtful dialogue with artists, executives and changemakers.
