Blake serves as spa manager for Viva Day Spa + Med Spa in Dallas, the company’s newest flagship location and first North Texas expansion. He previously held leadership roles at multiple Austin locations, including the ATX flagship at Domain NORTHSIDE. In those roles, he led teams ranging from 40 to more than 75 team members across spa and medical aesthetics departments. Blake is deeply focused on culture and team performance. He believes results follow people and that strong outcomes are built on trust, accountability and a team that genuinely wants to win together. His background is in operations, revenue growth and team development. In recent years, he helped grow the company’s medical spa division, refine clinical and service protocols, and implement scheduling and incentive strategies designed to drive measurable results. Before opening, hiring and leading the Dallas location, he grew the Round Rock location to 57% year-over-year revenue growth. Viva is nationally recognized as the No. 1 flagship provider for SkinCeuticals, the No. 2 provider of HydraFacial treatments nationwide, and a Top 250 partner with Allergan and Galderma. Supporting that level of performance requires precision in scheduling, staffing and thoughtfully structuring the service mix.
