Anna is a retail visionary and spa strategist with a talent for creating unique, immersive shopping experiences for a discerning clientele. Known for her intuitive eye for luxury and savvy approach to development, she transforms concepts into destinations that delight and engage. An avowed beauty enthusiast and polyglot, Anna Moine has worked in all facets of cosmetics marketing. She shifted her focus to the spa industry 20 years ago, combining her love of beauty products with her affinity for relaxation and indulgence. She entered the cosmetics sector after answering a classified ad in The New York Times — before digital recruiting existed — and helped launch the first natural French hair care line at retail. As the second employee hired, she multitasked across operations, from packing boxes to negotiating complex deals with major specialty retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Sephora. Sales grew from $100,000 to more than $10 million over a decade. Anna developed a reputation as a strategist for niche brands seeking to enter the U.S. market and launched her own marketing and branding agency at age 25. She led campaigns across high-end and mass distribution channels. She was later recruited to revamp and reposition an iconic fragrance brand, disrupting the traditional women’s fragrance market. Her work attracted the attention of a major fragrance house, where she led a team of perfumers to create a scent based on white flowers that reshaped the fragrance landscape. She later opened and established the U.S. subsidiary of a major French cosmetic and pharmaceutical company before launching her consulting practice in 2005.
