He currently serves as cluster director of spa and retail operations for Montage International. He has led spa and wellness concepts for globally recognized brands, including The Ritz-Carlton, W Hotels, KSL Resorts and Omni Hotels. Throughout his career, Matthew has contributed to projects spanning from initial concept and development through full operational execution. His expertise lies in elevated experiential programming designed to drive customer acquisition, enhance engagement and increase overall asset value. Matthew’s guiding vision centers on creating transformative experiences that lift the burden of daily life, optimize mind and body performance and empower guests to return to their everyday lives renewed and stronger.
