Arvell Craig is director of AI at BotBuilders, an Inc. 5000 company that helps small businesses worldwide implement AI-powered systems. As a keynote speaker and AI strategist, he helps founders and revenue teams move beyond AI literacy to AI fluency, focusing on breakthrough use cases that create 10-100x leverage rather than incremental improvements. With more than 20 years of experience in digital marketing, Craig recognized the transformative potential of conversational AI in 2017 and has since become a leading voice on integrating natural language processing into sales, marketing and support operations. He is the author of The AI Strategy Playbook: 21 Marketing Plays for Cutting Costs, Increasing Performance, and Speeding Up AI Adoption. Craig’s approach bridges the gap between technical capability and practical implementation. He translates complex AI concepts into practical strategies without creating hype or oversimplifying the material. His work emphasizes that AI adoption is not about replacing humans — it is about leveraging AI’s scalable capabilities while amplifying distinctly human contributions. Before joining BotBuilders, Craig founded Chatbot Funnels and Design That Speaks and served as AI evangelist for VAgents and Knowbl.
