As Chief Operating Officer at the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts, Jeff Steeg (CVP) brings a wealth of experience in the performing arts and live events industry, managing critical areas including Finance, IT, Insurance, and Capital Projects. His journey at the Center spans 15 years, evolving from Lead Audio Engineer to Director of Production, then Vice President of Operations, before stepping into his current leadership role. Prior to joining the Center, Jeff worked as a Studio Engineer for Sweetwater Sound. Jeff is actively involved in the industry, having been an IAVM member since 2017, attaining his CVP in 2024, and presently serving as the Region 2 Director. He's also a product of his community, graduating from the Hamilton County Leadership Academy in 2019 and now serving on its Curriculum Committee. He combines his practical industry experience with a strong academic foundation, holding an MBA in Finance from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Bachelor of Science in Recording Arts from Indiana University's Jacobs School of Music. A proud resident of Westfield, Indiana, Jeff balances his professional life with family time, coaching his two kids (Brecken and Charlotte) in various youth sports, playing golf, cheering on his favorite teams (IU, Cubs, Pacers, Fever, Colts) and working on projects around the house with his wife, Sarah.
