Aaron brings over 15 years of experience in venue management, with a career that began in live event audio engineering. His technical expertise and leadership acumen quickly advanced him into senior roles overseeing production and operations for large-scale arena and stadium concerts. Throughout his career, Aaron has developed a deep and comprehensive understanding of athletic and special event logistics, touring production requirements, labor relations, and budget oversight. After nearly a decade serving as a Production Manager and later as Director, he transitioned into talent booking and broader entertainment strategy. Currently, Aaron serves as the Head of Entertainment and Business Development at Columbus Arena Sports & Entertainment. In this role, he leads programming and strategic initiatives across a diverse portfolio that includes two 20,000-seat arenas, a 2,600-seat theater, and a stadium with a capacity exceeding 100,000.
