With more than 25 years of experience, Pamela leads multidisciplinary teams across a broad range of project types, navigating challenges with a steady hand while fostering trust and alignment among clients. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the resiliency of the firm and expanding its reach and impact. Pamela is driven by a deep belief in the power of collaboration, the importance of empowering others, and the role of design in creating a sense of belonging and enriching civic life. Her work spans LMN’s diverse portfolio, with contributions across civic, cultural, hospitality, and private development projects. She has recently led and collaborated on several of the firm’s most significant and complex efforts, including the Austin Convention Center Redevelopment, the Oregon Convention Center, the Seattle Asian Art Museum, and a major corporate campus for a leading technology company.
