Eboni Wilson is the Vice President of Guest Experience at UBS Arena, where she leads the team responsible for service culture, accessibility, and the overall guest journey across both general and premium spaces. With over 15 years of experience in sports and live entertainment, she has worked with major organizations including the NBA, NHL, NCAA, Live Nation, and ASM Global. Eboni has held leadership roles at top venues such as T-Mobile Arena, MGM Grand Garden Arena, Capital One Center, and Spectrum Center, and has successfully assisted in the opening of six venues. Her event portfolio includes the Super Bowl, NBA All-Star Weekend, NCAA Men’s Sweet 16, Latin Grammy Awards, and other high-profile events. She is widely recognized for her expertise in guest experience strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development. Eboni is passionate about building high-performing teams and creating inclusive, growth-oriented workplace cultures. She is an active member of the International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM), where she is a past chair of the Diversity, Inclusion & Leadership Committee and serves on the GuestX and Arena committees. She also co-leads the Black Oaks Network (BON), is a member of Oak View Group’s Women’s ERG, and leads the Events & Venue Operations group within the Pro Sports Assembly. A frequent speaker at university and industry events, Eboni is committed to mentorship and professional development. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a lifelong learner who enjoys books, podcasts, and “YouTube University.”
