Jimmy Chaps has been in our great industry since 1987. During these 35 years he has been involved with each segment of our industry: manufacturing, distribution and operations. Jimmy is widely known for his seminars covering a wide variety of topics that include cranes, redemption counters, game and location promotions and as well as customer relations. He shares his experience from working along side the late, great Richard Oltmann. Rich put him behind the redemption counter, in the kitchen and on the game floor so he would understand what it takes to run an FEC. Jimmy also started his own street route starting with just one interactive Gumball machine then adding cranes and merchandisers. Speaking from the heart, Jimmy shares his real-world experience with the goal of showing what works and what did not go so well. He will make you laugh and increase your cash boxes!!
