Ryan Harris is the President and owner of Ellis Amusement, a company founded in 1981 by Rick Ellis, which Ryan joined in 2002 and purchased in 2019. Under his leadership, Ellis Amusement has become the largest operator in Idaho and Utah, serving a variety of locations including bars, restaurants, airports, malls, bowling alleys, skating rinks, laundromats, family entertainment centers, amusement parks, hotels, and gas stations. The company has held the Idaho Lottery TouchTab Program subcontract TouchTab Program for 16 years and is NDA- and VNEA-sanctioned. As a current member of the AMOA Board of Directors, Ryan also co-founded PlayJoy Arcades in 2019, launched the EDC Dart League in 2022, and introduced EDC Remote in 2023, now the fastest-growing remote dart company. Ryan and his wife Sydney are dedicated to passing the family business on to their two sons, ensuring a third generation of operation. Outside of work, Ryan is a marathon and ultramarathon runner, soccer player, and enjoys whiskey, with his various hobbies often evolving into business ventures, though his busy schedule now leaves him little time for soccer or running.
