Sam started in the coin-operated amusement & vending industry in 1975 with Williams Amusement & Vending in Illinois. Later adding ATMs, CCTV and bar furniture and appliances to their product offerings. During his tenure at Williams, Sam founded Barstool Promotions, a co-op of operators promoting countertop video game tournaments and he founded Watchfire Video, a manufacturer of portable CCTV equipment. Sam served the Illinois coin-op amusement industry as a Board Member and Tournament Director for the Illinois Coin Machine Operators Association for 25 years. He was the founding president of the Illinois Team Pool and Dart Association. He eventually served the ICMOA as its president during the video gaming rule making process. Sam has served the AMOA as a Director since 2013. To pay the bills, Sam currently holds the positions of; Director of Business Development with J&J Amusement, CEO of the North American Dart Organization (NADO), VP of Sales for SMART Software, and GM at Magnolia Gaming.
