David Simches is the Group Used Car Director for Crown Automotive Group, which operates 22 Franchised dealerships in Florida, Tennessee, and Ohio. He is a highly energetic process-oriented practitioner focused on inventory sourcing, turn and per-vehicles profitability. Before joining Crown, he was the Director of Performance Management at DealerSocket and worked with over 3,000 dealers to improve their software utilization and speed-to-sale performance. He has successfully developed procedures to increase inventory acquisitions across the group and streamlined the reconditioning process.
