Chad Bailey is a third-generation auto auction professional. He started working at Akron Auto Auction in 1999, a business founded by his grandfather in 1973. He rose through the ranks becoming general manager, minority owner, and then full owner and president. Bailey has been a longtime supporter of the National Auto Auction Association, serving as president in 2019. He is the current president of ServNet auction group. He holds an MBA from University of West Florida and a B.S. from Miami University. Bailey was named 2021 Vehicle Remarketer of the Year for his work to advance the industry.
