As senior vice president of sales, Tara Kasica oversees DealerPolicy's dealer solutions and business development teams. Tara has operated at the crossroads of personal lines insurance and automotive retail for over 23 years. Prior to DealerPolicy, she was responsible for overseeing countrywide deployment, production, retention and growth of dealership-owned insurance agencies at Allstate. Tara has an MBA from Northern Kentucky University and a BA in Organizational Management.
