Doug Hadden has been a speaker or panelist many major industry events, including NADA,NABD, AIADA, NIADA and numerous 20 groups and state associations. He started as a lot porter and has worked in every dealership department, from line mechanic to service writer, to new- and used-car sales, finance manager and general manager. He later worked as vice president of Remarketing for Bank of America, regional manager for Joe Verde and inventory management consultant for Dealertrack. Hadden is devoted to training, coaching and field training Initiatives at ACV.
