Tustin Ulrich's introduction to the car business was as a BDR for Roper Kia. Since then, he has held nearly every position on the sales side of a dealership. Through this experience, he decided that a people-first, culture over credentials, and training environment was not only possible but could flourish in this industry. Two years ago, he became GSM at Roper Kia knowing he could instill this idea and be wildly successful. Now as the GM, he is paving the way to massive growth.
