Lance Brittle joined Toyota in 1988 as a customer service specialist in insurance services in Torrance, Calif. Over the years, Toyota has relocated him various cities where he has held numerous positions in the company, from district service manager to TFS product manager, fleet manager and business management manager. Since 2016, Brittle has been in New Jersey in the company's retail market development, currently as dealership facility operations manager.
