Terry Minor became a dealer principal in 2007. Today, Cumberland International Trucks encompasses eight dealership locations, two Idealease locations, a corporate headquarters in Nashville and more than 350 employees. In 2017 and 2018, Terry was named the International Dealer of the Year. In 2018, Cumberland was awarded the IC Bus Pursuit of Excellence Award, and the Tennessee Department of Energy and Conservation’s Sustainable Transportation Award for the C10 truck. In 2019, Terry Minor was an ATD Truck Dealer of the Year finalist; and Cumberland was awarded the Tennessee Governor’s Environmental Sustainability Award for the C10. In 2020, the Women in Trucking Association named Cumberland a Top Company for Women to Work for in Transportation. And, in 2021, Cumberland was awarded the IC Bus Diamond Dealer Award.
