He holds certifications in customer loyalty management, change implementation and process management. Before joining Rapid Recon, he spent 24 years at a multi-franchise metro dealership, where he internalized the cosmetic reconditioning operations. By doing so, he achieved a complete 4.7-day reconditioning turn and added hundreds of thousands of dollars in net profit to the bottom line, money the dealer was previously spending on vendors.
