His expertise in HVAC analysis and design, garnered from 25+ years of k-12 experience, enables Russ to help clients develop and implement comprehensive, energy-efficient and maintainable facility Improvements. Russ designed the first LEAD Certified elementary school in the State of MN way back in 2002.
