Jodi has spent 30 years developing and implementing equitable systems of support using her knowledge of frameworks, systems, and practices in trauma sensitive SEL and mental health frameworks to provide coaching and training to teams. She understands the equity gaps created by our systems do not meet the needs of all students and works to improve how adults work within systems.
