Future has spent the last two decades serving in the field of education as a behavioral specialist, behavior manager, special education teacher, program coordinator, and a variety of administrative roles. She is passionate about all institutions embedding equity in all that they do especially when we are speaking of children’s social and emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.
