Karen has served in public education for 36 years as a teacher, principal, curriculum coordinator, director of education and, for the past ten years, as the Agency Administrator at CESA 9. She has a PhD in leadership for the advancement of learning and service and has worked her entire career to create healthy cultures that fuel and sustain continuous improvement in educational organizations.
