Jane Wynn is the Purchasing Administrator for CESA Purchasing. Jane came to the CESAs four years ago from the private industry in purchasing and operations. Jane is a firm believer that Purchasing is a large part of the culture of any district or organization. CESA Purchasing is a free cooperative for all WI schools to take advantage.
