Jennifer Jeans is the Alliant 2 Business Management Specialsit within Federal Acquisition Service, Enterprise GWAC. Ms. Jeans works with various aspects of the $75B Information Technology (IT) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). She assists in the operations of the program from contract administration, data analytics to business development. She works closely with the Alliant 2 contractors and all federal agencies to provide support and collaboration. She also served as the Alliant Program Manager in the final year of the GWAC prior to it expiring in April 2019. She joined GSA back in 2009 as a Business Management Specialist. Prior to joining the federal government, she worked in the private sector for nearly 20 years wearing multiple hats in fields such as administration, contract and project management, facility security and human resources. She has multiple certifications such as a Human Resources Management, Facility Security Officer through Defense Investigative Service, Hotel Management, and received a Master Certification in Project Management through George Washington University.
