I am a Proud Pioneer and the Lead Teacher of the Academy of Finance (AOF) at North Miami Senior High. I have a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Broadcast Communication. I taught English for many years. However, five years I became fascinated by the concept of providing high school students with technical and industry skills that would equip them with the tools for careers while still in high school. Consequently, I obtained a certification in Business Education. I then transitioned into teaching Digital Information Technology, Accounting I, Economics and Financial Services, and Personal Financial at North Miami SHS.
