Jackie represents educational institutions in a wide range of education and employment law matters. She has a passion for all things related to the law of education technology. She has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated a wide variety of contracts and agreements, including those involving issues of data use, security, and privacy. She is regularly called upon to speak at both the state and national level about education law issues, including those relating to data privacy, data security, the intersection between special education and edtech, and other cutting edge technology issues facing public schools.
