Rebecca Malones has been a technology, science, and environmental professional development facilitator for over 15 years at Broward County Public Schools, Florida. She has Masters degrees in Instructional Technology and Elementary Education and enjoys interacting with fellow educators from all over the country. She has presented STEM and computer science activities in various settings and loves seeing the excitement of teachers and students coding for the first time. She has been a Code.org K-5 Computer Science Fundamentals facilitator since 2013. Her current interests include bringing computer science to the elementary school level, expanding environmental initiatives at the district, and creating recycled art.
