Carmen Garrison is a kindergarten teacher at Chester W. Taylor Elementary School in Pasco County, FL. She is currently in her fourth year as a part of the Learner-Active, Technology-Infused Classroom at CWTES. Carmen has taught kindergarten at CWTES for four years. She has been the team facilitator for two years. She has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has had opportunities to be a part of many committees in Pasco County for teaching early literacy, math, and testing development.
