Kristen Condella is the Instructional Materials and Technology Integration Coordinator in Monroe County School District, Florida. Kristen received her Master’s Degree in Educational leadership and Policy from The University of Texas, Arlington. She also holds an Ed.S. in Curriculum and Instruction from Southeastern University. Monroe County, a rural school district with unique geographical challenges, prides itself on providing digital literacy experiences for all students, regardless of course schedule constraints. They currently utilize Learning.com to support a successful self-paced IC3 Spark program to support digital tools certifications.
