Bethann Cole

Dr. Bethann Cole has her B.S. in Middle Grades Education and a MAEd. in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University, Greenville, North Carolina. She earned her Ed.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with a concentration in Instructional Technology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Dr. Cole holds North Carolina Teaching Certification in Middle Grades Science, Language Arts and Science with an add on certificate in Instructional Technology. Dr. Bethann Cole joined the faculty at East Carolina University in 1999 and is an Associate Teaching Professor in the Instructional Technology Program in the College of Education at East Carolina University. Dr. Cole is an ISTE Certified Educator, Google Certified Trainer and a NearPod PioNear. Dr. Cole’s research interests are focused on technology integration best practices in K-12 educational settings for pre-service and in-service educators, instructional technology coaches and school administrators.
