As Director of Training and Product Knowledge at Vanco, Frank Santos trains distributors and their clients on the technology and product solutions that Vanco provides for both commercial and residential applications. Frank works closely with distributors to offer product recommendations and information based on their unique needs, helping bridge the gap between products, distributors, and their customers. Before joining Vanco, Frank worked as a technical trainer for a software company that provides inventory management systems for seven years. When Frank came to Vanco in 2012, he knew little about the AV industry and now he conducts comprehensive training – proof to distributors that even the most complex AV product knowledge can be learned if the training is both thorough and approachable. Frank received a bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University.
