Tres Huber has 20 years in the construction staffing industry, holding senior sales and operations executive positions at both regional and national companies. He left construction staffing to become the Director of Sales and later Vice President, Sales and Operations at VIA International, where he created and implemented a company wide strategic sales plan for 30 plus sales professionals from 6 companies. The plan created standardization and efficiencies, resulting in $82 million in closed sales in VIA’s only complete year. Most recently, Tres has been lending his executive experience to consulting and recruiting for companies in the custom electronics (CI) industry. He has a proven record of success across a broad range of niche companies in the construction staffing, consumer electronics, home technology, and consumer protection industries. Tres is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
