Lee’s WHY is to create art so that everyone can discover their own inspiration, love and greatness. Lee defines global leadership, having worked with thousands of entrepreneurs and leaders in 30+ countries in the last thirteen years. He facilitates energetic and effective strategy sessions, retreats, training and group development work for growing businesses linked by the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO), Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), as well as many other public and private corporations. Lee embodies enthusiasm, cultivates cohesive work groups, facilitates group depth and value through authentic sharing of experiences. Lee and his wife Stephanie have owned and operated Cherry Creek Dance in Denver, Colorado for over 25 years and are dedicated to creating art every day. They inspire more than 2,500 students to discover the art of dance in a multitude of styles. Lee, an EO member himself, is sought after as an EO Master Forum Trainer & retreat facilitator. He continues to facilitate EO’s Entrepreneurial Masters Program (in conjunction with the MIT Enterprise Forum) and has dedicated countless volunteer hours to serve on EO’s Global Forum Committee. In addition, he also serves as the COO of Hesse Partners, overseeing operations, and expanding his diverse portfolio of clients. Lee divides his time between the Bahamas and Denver
