Maurizio is a proven self-taught technical leader and integration design expert who has spent his career on the front lines of the integration market. He is a 30-year technology veteran and uses his skills in technology and communication to define success for teams. Likewise, he uses his leadership to motivate teams to deliver on that success. He is experienced in building high-performance teams that span geographies and deliver results that exceed expectations. At Colorbeam, Maurizio is responsible for leading the Product Development, Engineering, and Support teams, as well as defining the strategy and technical vision for product delivery. Prior to co-founding Colorbeam , Maurizio had his own integration Company in Canada (GAV MGMT). It provided all possible technology services including Lighting & content services in digital media across the country, In the residential and Commercial space. Maurizio led the growth of the Company, scaling the team from 5 employees to over 60 along with System engineering for the organization. Prior to GAV , Maurizio worked for a number of AV Retailers , in Montreal, in roles ranging from Sales to Manager to building a Integration division to eventual becoming VP-sales and operations.
