Derek Webb




Derek Webb is a Product Training Specialist at SnapAV. Derek works on the TED Team (Training, Education, and Development), which creates all technical documentation for SnapAV products as well as product training for employees and dealers. Before joining the TED Team, Derek was a member of the Tech Support Team at SnapAV for five years, working his way from a phone agent to team manager. Derek is the subject matter expert on SnapAV’s connected products (anything with OvrC).
