Dave Liu is responsible for the asset management of the Ventas Life Sciences portfolio, which was acquired in September 2016, and includes 23 operating properties that contain over 4.1 million square feet with several more in the development pipeline. Dave joined Ventas and its Acquisitions team in 2012, and has held various roles in underwriting and originations since that time. Prior to that, he was Director of Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions at Sears Holdings Corporation. Dave has a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College and a Master in Business Administration from The Yale School of Management.
