With over 18 years of experience in finance, eight of those years being in the real estate industry, Chad has seen first-hand the challenges that both landlords and tenants face. He began his career at one of the largest CPA firms in the U.S., BKD LLP, where his niche was working with the firm’s construction and real estate clients. “Beginning my career at BKD allowed me to work with many companies in many different situations rather than just working with one. Through this, I was able to experience the various challenges each client faced and develop solutions for those challenges. Furthermore, I was able to experience the best practices of each client which played a key role in developing my own best practices”, says Chad. After BKD, LLP, Chad began a career in healthcare working for Healthways in Nashville, Tennessee as their Director of Accounting. During his time at Healthways, Chad had the idea of marrying his experience in real estate with Healthcare. In early 2014, this opportunity presented itself with the real estate firm Catalyst CRE located in Pensacola, Florida. Chad joined Catalyst CRE in May 2014 to lead the Property Management and Asset Management Teams where he has managed the rapid growth of the team and service lines which provides services throughout the Southeast and beyond. Chad prides himself on financial integrity, customer satisfaction and continuing to develop and learn not only for himself, but his team as well. Chad is a CPA and maintains active licenses in Florida and Indiana.
