Charles A. Traughber is Associate General Counsel of real estate at LifePoint Health, Inc., where he provides real estate legal, strategic and operational advice for the company's 72 hospital campuses in 22 states. Prior to joining LifePoint in 2014, he worked for six years as an Associate Attorney in the real estate department of Waller Lansden Dortch and Davis, LLP. While in private practice, Charles represented several publicly-traded healthcare companies on a variety of real estate matters, including acquisition of hospital systems, acquisition and development of medical office buildings, medical office leasing and healthcare regulatory analysis. Charles earned his Bachelor of Business Administration at Tennessee State University in Nashville and his Juris Doctorate at the University of Tennessee College of Law in Knoxville.
