Ms. McHugh leads Lillibridge’s Advisory Services team. Her department helps both Lillibridge and Ventas develop strategies to support their portfolios’ growth priorities. Her team also consults with hospitals and health systems on issues related to healthcare real estate strategy, operations and ownership. She has been with Lillibridge since 1995. Prior to joining Lillibridge, Ms. McHugh worked in physician development and ambulatory planning for Chicago area healthcare providers, including Advocate Christ Medical Center, Rush University Medical Center, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital and others. Ms. McHugh holds a Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s College and a Master of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. She is a member of Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD), Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), and Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
