Wendy is a Partner of The Innova Group, and has over 25 years of healthcare experience as an operations-based planner. Her experience as both an administrator and consultant allows her to interface seamlessly among strategic, capital, clinical, and facilities planning. As a consultant, she has developed novel operations and planning solutions for clients ranging from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers in both the private and public sectors. Prior to joining The Innova Group in 2008, Wendy served as Corporate Director of Real Estate, Planning & Development at Tufts Medical Center in Boston, the National Director of Strategic Facilities Planning at Kaiser Permanente in Oakland, Principal at Noblis and Director of Healthcare Consulting for TRO. Wendy holds an MBA from Simmons College, a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Management and a Masters in Consulting Psychology from Harvard, and Bachelors in Psychology from Tufts. She is widely published and has presented at numerous conferences. She is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a recipient of the prestigious Distinguished Healthcare Executive award (and a Service Award).
