Kyle Arnold is a Lease Transaction Manager for Catholic Health Initiatives. Kyle is responsible for the system’s national real estate leasing and portfolio management activity since September, 2015. Previously, Kyle has had the opportunity work in leasing and portfolio management capacities for Level 3 Communications, a provider of long-haul telecommunications services, and CBRE, Inc. as a Transaction Manager on the United States Postal Service account. His expertise is focused in high-volume leasing, financial analysis, portfolio optimization and process engineering. Kyle graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with his Bachelor of Business Administration and subsequently earned his Master of Science, Real Estate & Construction Management in 2011.
