John Osborne is the Senior Business Process Consultant in Kaiser Permanente’s national office. In this capacity, he focuses on strategy, service delivery and facilities planning. Prior to this position he held a variety of strategic planning positions within Kaiser Permanente, Northern California at both the regional and service area level. Before relocating to California, John was the Director of Analytic & Capital Planning in the Mid-Atlantic States region. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, he had over 14 years of experience in governmental and non-profit agencies, working in the areas of health systems planning, project management, and community and regional planning.
